Carol is our sales manager, with over 25 years of experience in the furniture trade; if Carol doesn't know about it then it doesn't exist. Carol has a diploma in management. Carol will be able to help you with any questions that you have relating to sales, customer care and our products.
Dot is our sales administrator and is often our customer’s first point of contact. Dot is always apply to help and will be able to help you with any aspects relating to our products or customer care.
Raymond is our Business development manager and is responsible for our trade services and customer development. Raymond has 25 years of experience in sales and business marketing and holds qualifications from the C.M.I. International institution of management. He is also fully qualified in product finishing and holds City & Guilds 1 & 2 in V.P.I.F and an O.N.C in coating technology and wood finishing. Raymond will be able to help you with our trade services, Procal or other finishes and customer service.
Andrew Palmer is our designer with an HNC and HND in furniture construction and design, Andrew has a very wide range of knowledge when it comes to your furniture needs. Andrew will be able to help you with any aspects of design, product information, customer care and technical information.
Andrew Jensen is our upholstery expert with two HNC's in vehicle upholstery and trimming and frame furniture making, and Andrew has over 15 years of experience. He is also our leading expert on Procal liquid coating. Andrew also helps the sales team and he will be able to help you with any aspects of upholstery, Procal and finishing, customer care and technical information.
Robin is our proprietor and has been the managing director since 1982. Robin will be able to help you with any aspects of quality standards, accounts, customer care and how your job is progressing though our factory.
David is our workshop supervisor with over 14 years experience. David is qualified in PAC testing and quality standards. David will be able to help you with any aspect of deliveries, technical information, Quality standards, customer care, construction details and how your job is progressing through our factory.
Doreen is our administrator and HR. Doreen has over 14 years of experience in the furniture industry and will be able to help you with accounts, sales, the collections range and customer care.
Stevie is our main furniture fitter and delivery driver. Stevie has over 18 years experience in the furniture trade. Stevie will be able to help you with any aspects of your fitted furniture, deliveries and customer care.
Ted is both our chartered health and safety practitioner qualified to CMIOCH with 20 plus years of experience, and part of our quality control team. Ted will be able to help you with any aspects of our heath and safety, method statements and customer care.
Catherine is our Purchasing administrator and is often our supplier’s first point of contact. Catherine is always happy to help and will be able to help you with any aspects relating to accounts, our products or customer care.
